After installing my 00vi i ended up with three misfires on the firewall side. I changed my coils ans spark plugs but no luck. Any suggestions?

 

did you use the 5th gen injectors? if so, did you check their resistance before installing them to make sure that they're good? before I installed my fuel rail, I checked resistance and also soaked the tips of the injectors in some chevron techron to dissolve any clogs that may have been present. if the coils and plugs did not help, check out the rear bank injectors next & post what you find.
