Misaligned Core Support?

So some of you may recall me replacing my core support. Well, i just finally got it in (been working when i got the time) and the wierd thing was when I put it all back together, the piece in the center of the car (power steering cooling lines mount here and goes up to the hood latch) didnt line up to the holes in the core support. No big deal. get more together and the bar at the top of the bumper reinforcement that the bumper mounts to doesnt line up either. I still dont think too much about it because the car had been hit in the front. Now i start to get worried because the headlights dont go in very easily and square.
Now my question is, is it possible that why i had the old support out and working on everything that the frame got out of square?? is this even possible? my hood wont even close with the grill in the car. i know i have to adjust that center bar to realign, but am i totally screwed here?

Thanks, NM91
