5 speed swap concerns.

Hey guys, Im currently in the process of doing a 5 speed swap, but just had a few quick questions before I start anything. I just picked up a SS clutch line, it runs all the way from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder, and it replaces all the other lines?. But what about all these proportioning valves/blocks? Does the SS clutch line just replace all of this? And my other concern was the return spring. From what I can see, does it hook up to the lower control rod?
Sorry for the noob question, but any help is appreciated.
Tim

Is that a brand new trans!?! It looks it ... if it's not, where did you get it?

The SS line will replace the OEM line, just hook it up and you should be good to go. You know lots of people have done 5spd swaps ... search will help if you run into any problems.

Cheers! G'luck!

edit: n/m ... i see you painted it.

No, its not painted, i bought it brand new from nissan
haha jp, I wish! Just some high temperature paint, it looks better though from what it used to look like.
So the SS line will replace all those crazy bends and blocks/valves, whatever they are?

thanks for the help guys, does anybody know where the return spring is going to hook up to? It seems like one end of the spring attaches to the lower control rod where there is a hole, but where does the other end of the spring attach to?

Is that the spring for the shifter rod? There should be a place at the base of the shifter assembly that the other end would go.
