HELP! electrical issues!

Well, Friday my car got rained on, hard. When I walked to it after the deluge, I noticed my key fob wasn't working, but the car started up fine. The battery and e-brake lights were on, even though the battery was fine and the e-brake wasn't engaged. I drove a little bit and the car began to sputter and both the seatbelt and airbag lights started blinking, I also lost my headlights, interior lights were also gone, same with the radio. Now my trunk won't pop from the cabin, any idea what's going on, the car starts fine, but I've got a really bad feeling that the electrical system might be toast.

Thanks for the input guys.
Clay

Batt + Brake light indicated a faulty charging system.

Were any windows cracked when it was stuck in the rain? Have you checked all appropriate relays/fuses?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too. Check the relays and fuses.
