Crap! Good to know you're okay. Hopefully insurance doesn't total the car...that's quite a bit of damage.

doesn't look too too bad, could have been worse especially if this happened on a highway at high speeds. Car most likely totaled so you probably should start looking for your next ride. good luck.

I guess this means you wont be at the next meet. The good thing is that you are still in good condition, sorry about the car bro.

Will there be any parting out.?

Its totalled...even though the airbags didn't blow. I'd take your check, buy it back, and part it out. You'll make out with a nice chunk of cash if you have the time.

The Maxima on the left was stolen and driven off a 20 foot cliff into the ocean. I cant post for some reason, but the 95 Gold Maxima on the right won't crank over and has a buzzing sound from the transmission pan when the key is turned on. Any ideas what could be buzzing inside the transmission pan?? Thanks..

They have a newbie thread to ask questions....Fusion

OP man I hate people who do that, cut out in traffic and can't stay in one lane they have to be over in the left lane, I see people do it all the time and they don't get up to speed either....its very aggrevating. I hope it all works out, I hope you filed to his insurance and not through yours

besides the fact it has a salvage title?

maxima's are pretty tough...
salvaged titles generally mean the car is not worth bookvalue.

and considering maximas that are this old arent worth much more than $6,000 tops, a semi-major accident usually means its "totalled."

Well if they total the car, and you part it out, I'm interested in the rims.

Good as new mate!!

Bad news that the guy hit you, and on top of that, insurance not covering it.
Must be stoked to see it looking all good after what happened.

hey i have a set up corners...i have a broken driver side i think...and a good passenger...and i have an extra set...so what im thinking is you can have one good side...ill take the bad side..out and your set..im just bummed for ya to have to go though allll that...let me go look on my car....ok so i have an extra passenger side corner..if you want it..just give me your adress..

EDIT:I am sure none of that made sense, I have a broken driver side corner, on my car. i have an extra set of corners from my old 97se, so i will replace the broken driver side, and i will have a good passenger side that will be left over, You can have it if you want it.

oh yeah...moral of the story:
NEXT time, aim for the front half of the car. then its his fault.
