Brake light won't turn off

Hi guys, I have a little problem with the Brake Light, it won't turn off. I checked the E-brake and the cable hasn't snapped (which was my first thought). And I make sure it's completely disengaged everytime I drive. Im gonna try to tighten it up to see if that helps it disengage better, beyond that any ideas?

Could possibly be low fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir.

I didn't think of that. Might be the problem, i'll look into it. Thanks.

If the level is low and you don't have a fluid leak, it probably means your pads are worn and need to be replaced.

i think hes on the right track, my max did the same thing and it was the brake fluid it was leaking a little bit and then it went to alot some guys at leschwab-not sure if i spelled it right..:gotme: must have hooked up or messed something up during brake flush but anyways they fixed it for me for free since it was under warranty.

+1 on the low fluid. Indication of worn pads.. or leak.

could also be the connector on the e-brake(for the e-brake light), might wanna check that too.
