HELP ME:Rear axle is shifted to the left about 4"

I recently did a full Tokico suspension/08 18 maxima wheels. I noticed that the right rear tire is about2 inches closer to the body than the left side. The only thing that i see on the axle is some type of arm extending across the axle and it looks like the bushing is almost gone. What is this part called. How do i fix this problem...Thank you

Can you take some pix? The flexi bushing on the linkage is normal, its supposed to flex. You may need to loosen the trailing arm bolts and retighten them when the car is on the ground.
