1998 Maxima Horrible Pickup Low speed

I have a 98 maxima (AUTO) and recently i have done the below in the exact order

------------
Cleanded the throtle
did the fuel filter change
Coolant change, and checked and refilled all neceaary fluids
Changed the MAF sensor

last week
---------
friday 10/10 -- filled the tank with 93 octance(13 gal) and THEN added chevron fuel conditioner/cleaner (20oz bottle - recommened for 20gal). The bottle says to add conditioner then refuel.

Saturday
---------
I cleaned the grounding(dirt) by knock sensor on the main fold while i had the battery disconnect (-ve). after all done i connected the battery and forgot to tighten it.. drove for about 1/4 mile and the car jerked with odometer looked stuck on 10miles and the rpm would go high as i give more gas with no pickup.. eventually it threw 3 codes Knock sensor, improper shifting to 1st gear, TBS. I had it reset on the same day by the stealership and the codes did not show up after about 80 miles of driving, however i still have the same pickup problem ie. odometer on low speed gets stuck around 10 miles and rmp would go hight with no pickup. this does not always happen .. when this happens i turn the car off and start the car again in under a minute and it seems to work fine.. (i also give a good shake of the car by the fuel tank .. cheap shot)

question did i screw up by using the conditoner? i plan to burn all the gas to the bottom of the tank and see how it behaves with a new full tank of gas.. any help is appreciated.
thanks

here is a link of the video who has similar problem courtsey "capedcadaver"

Conditioner cleaner fuel cleaner? Fuel cleaner isn't needed cause gas already has cleaning agents in it. Stop throwing money away on pointless things like fuel cleaner.

Sorry I cant help you with your ploblem but I thought I'll throw that in there.
