Doesn't look too bad to me, though I always think these lips look better if the car was black, but you'd be crazy to get a full paint job to match a $5 piece of rubber.

Anyway, if you really want a lip, I'd say go ahead and keep it on until you can save up for a carbon-fiber or polyurethane one.

Also we could probably give better opinions with some more close-up pictures.

I had to staple it to the bottom of the bumper. The 3m tape was not working. I Have to take it off and re install it, I kinda did a crappy job.. I was in a rush and it was cold lol

Props to you for trying to be creative and doing your own work, but I would save up for a Stillen one or any polyurethane lip FTW!

it would look better if you sprayed it either black or white, then threw clearcoat over it. that way it wont look as plastic-y

Have you noticed any flex in it yet? I was at HD this evening and looked at the same thing but the garage door sealer didn't look like that. Do you have a pic of the package, so if i wanted to do the same. Looks good tho and saved $$$ Got any ideas for a homemade splitter?

Probably the best Home Depot lip I've seen.
Run some painters tape across the middle section for a referance line and clean up the wavy edge with a dremal.
Other than that, nice work.

I like it, looks alot more subtle than the stillen or ionic one. Paint it - I like the simpleness of it.

i like it your white car. It may look really bad on an all black max. It needs to be completely flat on the bottom....w/o waves....

Yeah It doesn't fit well on the maxima bumper. The bumper needs to be totally flat for it to look good.
