trans rebuild on 97 SE

Well, my auto transmission on it's last breath. It goes into the shop in the morning for a rebuild. I've owned my car since new and now have 205,000 miles on it. Is this good life out of a Nissan auto transmission? Everything else on the car works very well. Anything extra I should have them do while the trans is out? Has anyone else travelled this many miles in their max? The dealer tells me I'm on uncharted territory for my year car in the area I'm in. I'm wondering how many miles these engines can go for? I've run Mobile 1 since new and never missed a service.

Wow! I don't know if I can say much more, other than wow. I'd say your tranny has lived a very good life.

The shop also found one CV axle that needs to be replaced and a motor mount that needs to be replaced. I understand the what the CV joint is, but I'm not sure why one of the motor mounts would break. Any ideas?
