Click snapping sound when I push on door panel but not bumper?!

I think it is the stab link but some people think it is my LCA... I don't think an LCA would make this type of sound. This sound is so annoying as it clicks when I hit huge bumps or stop at the steering wheel at an angle. Also, I might wanna just get a bushing kit to stiffin up things. Where can I get this?

I need to push on the inner door panel with my feet and down on the door on the driver side to get it to click without driving. The pass side does not click when I do the same thing. The also when I do the knee on bumper push it does not click at all.

I just want a confirm... Also I need an Inner Tierod. Is there just 1 inner tie rods on these? OR 2? I gonna get this all fixed by Kevin goods this week as I am a returning customer.

LMK ASAP the parts I need to be sure. Thanks peeps.
