Need For Speed?

My dad just gave me his 95 se w/ only 38k miles on it for my 18th and i want to add speed. it is a 5 speed and i am thinking about a racing chip and cold air intake but i am not that knowledgeable about the subject. so any help would be much appreciated

start with the Y pipe like sprint said, it has provided the biggest gains in hp, then move on to the cai, exhaust, nos, s/c, and anything else.
