Quick newb question. What size is the stock exhaust supposed to be?
I have to do my exhaust, but it's been patched, rotted, and flanged to hell.
I want to make sure I'm getting the right size, according to the pipe thats on it seems to be around 1.125" (around 54mm) but this seems wrong to me.
I'll be replacing everything but the cat and the muffler. I'm likely going with 2.5" so I need to know the stepped sizes for the muffler and cat to make it work.
Thanks, I have been having trouble finding a straight answer on this, maybe I'm just blind I dont know, the dealers around here couldn't even get me a straight answer.

That's what I believe it is as well, 2.25" throughout. Though IIRC the converter outlet size is 2.5" stock.
A 2.5" flange should work with both just fine (2.5" flange works fine mating to my stock converter, with no leaks). Grab a stock replacement gasket and a 2.5" flange gasket, you'll see they're pretty similar. That or you could have them reuse the flanges from the stock exhaust, though I wouldn't.

Naah I'll be putting in all new flanges for sure.
Thanks for the replys. The only place I'm seeing running into an issue is mating the 2.5 pipe to the stock muffler.
Another quick question, what is the thread pitch for the O2's? M18x1.5?
