Left driverside air vent stopped working

Recently just found out my left vent wasn't working after I had my heat on. Every other vent is working fine, just no heat came out of that one. Never had this type of problem before, had pretty much all of the other ones that comes with a 4th gen though. Not sure what needs to be checked or done. I haven't tried the AC yet though.

The one in the dash next to the door?

Done any work under the dash lately? Likely the tube that feeds it got disconnected somehow.

Did you check the "switch" that you turn to open or close that vent?

nah i didnt mess with the dash any, to fix it do I have to go through the dash and not under the hood? the vent is open like the others....when I turn my air on high, I can barely feel the air coming out but it has no force behind it or something

i'm pretty sure there's a little valve that opens inside your dash that lets the air through that vent. it's probably stuck. find out how to pop the vent out of your dash and look inside it

IIRC that vent is screwed to the dash from the inside.

Why would you go under the hood?

I would say it's the vent door, but if that were closed I don't believe you'd be getting air out of any of them.

just a stab in the dark...did you try to turn the little wheel under the vent? that's the
airflow on/off.
