I'm thinking about buying a 1997 Maxima SE in the next couple of weeks. I was wondering if anyone could tell me some of the problems/highlights to look for with this particular maxima. Any info on reliability, known issues, etc. would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

 

The Maxima is the most reliable four door sedan according to Consumer Reports. The car is high quality, and everything is wonderful. The 3.0 V6 that you are about to buy is 10 ten engines in the world. So yeah it's a good car!
