ebrake problem!
A cable could've broken, the calipers could be completely seized in place, a cable might've slipped out somewhere, etc.
So you left the ebrake on overnight, then today it wouldn't work right?
Did the car drive okay? Seem a little more sluggish than usual?
my friend had the same thing happened to him, we got under his car and looked at it and couldnt figure it out, later when he replaced it he saw that the cable cover had been destroyed and eaten away at, and the middle of the cable was torn in half but the cover for it made it so that the cable would not let lose and dangle making it harder for us to know why we could pull up the e-brake lever and nothing would happen.
If you didn't, the price could be anywhere between free and $10k.
Also, since we don't know your mechanic's hourly rate, what the parts cost, etc...we can't tell you.
Just go to the shop, get a quote.
