IACV and TB

IACV and TB

i just cleaned my IACV and TB and replace the gaskets on both now when i drive n shift into neutral the rpm needle drop stops at about 1200 rpm then goes down the video should say it all it did not do that before i clean it out and i tripple check everything even took it appart when i swap my cylinder 3 fuel injector and i still does it. any ideas?

I have had 2 manual and the always drop to about 750-800, Your seems normal.
