1998 Maxima Seats- HELP

Alright, I checked every fuse under my dash and im just frustrated at this point! My seats dont move but they heat up, whats the problem? Which relay do I need to change/ which fuse do I need to change? If worse comes to worse, I'll hot wire the seats to the cigarette lighter and that would be a hassle, well not really. but i dont want to do it.......

Someone help me

98 Maxima!

check the fuses under the steering wheel and under the hood.
Get a Hanes manual, best $20 you'll ever spend on the car.
