has anyone gotten harrased by the cops for the clear corner light mod

I just rewire my Corner lights, and the output is really bright i have amber bulbs on them, but I'm kind of worried, about getting a ticket,
Has anyone gotten pull over for them?

By the way i have a 96 max with 97-99 corners

Don't worry I haven't had any trouble yet, and mine are the ultra bright blue bulbs. At night I have had cars suddenly turn away from me because its probably blinding, but other than that no trouble, I even passed a cop and he didn't do anything. But I think I'll change to amber to make it less bright

The chance they'll pull you over FOR the lights is slim to none.

If you get pulled over for something else by a jerk cop, he may or may not bug you about them.

the corner lights come clear or are you talking about the clear bumper lights? I have never had trouble with my lights and they are all clear up front.

Edit: My lights are rewired too and no problem (Sorry I thought u were talking about something else)

As long as it not RED or BLUE aka emergency vehicle colors you shouldn't have a problem...if you do it's probably a cop that has NOTHING better to do.

I'm assuming the OP is referring to the corner lights on the side of the headlights, and the mod that makes them brighter...

I've done it, I've never gotten pulled over for it but I have been asked about thee lights by the police.

However, if you are doing something suspicious, I'm sure an officer could use that as a reason to pull you over. If you're obeying the law, then you shouldn't have a problem, especially since you said they're amber.

mine are blue and i pass cops all the time with no problems, never been pulled over for them. i doubt bright amber would be a huge deal.
