I have a 98 max and when I got the car I replaced the radiator and thermostat and I bleed the system ( i guess all the way) and I noticed that my temp would get a little past half way mark so I replcaed the temp sensor ( the wire broke in the process put it back together) and now it keeps going past the half way mark, it comes back down but I just dont like it that far up, any ideas what else I should look at?

 

It goes past the half way mark under what conditions? Returns to normal position under what conditions?

Does the heater work well? Do you have to rev it up to get heat?

Have you tried bleeding it again? How did you bleed it the first time?

The answer is in the details, not vague symptoms.

 

Why did you replace the radiator in the first place?
Was it overheating? Leaking? OR doing what it's doing now?
