Transmission Question

Transmission Question

Is there anyway u can remove the little white and black sensor behind inhibitor on the tranny. there a medal cotter pin thing around it just need to kno if there is anyway to replac it.

What switch are you talking about? The only thing I can remember that's behind the inhibitor switch is the manual shaft.

Can you get a pic?

I looked in the Fsm and its the terminal cord assembly Plug f42. Then i went out and looked in my old tanny and figured out u cant remove it with draining the tranny and pulling the pan off.

The solenoid harness? Yea, that's gotta be removed from inside the trans.
