How does this L.E.D. strip work... For spoiler brake light

How do these work? And can they stay on all the time instead of just when you brake?

And why would you want a third brake that stayed on all the time? The short answer is yes, you could leave it on all the time if you're looking at it for other uses, as a third brake light no.

the look crappy, i wouldnt mess with them...what would you tape it to? you can wire them up to your parking light circuit easy...and they would be on...but they would not work as both break and always on...one or the other unless they are wired to be like that
