95max bought new in 95 still original Spark plugs

so I have had this beast for just under 14 years now, all the standard maintenance done, but since I have yet to hit 100K }{now at 65K}
I never got around to changing the plugs. It seems my gas Mileage, is now set on 22MPG now matter how I drive so I was
1. wondering if i have stripped threads in my future,
2.if changing the plugs would help at all,
I have no codes in the computer at this time and car is running great. .

95max bought new in 95 still original Spark plugs

I bought a 95 Maxima w/155K miles that had been sitting for quite a while. I
have been getting it shape (1/2 shafts, spark plugs, oil change, brakes and
rotors, new #4 injector and temp sensor and bank 2 #1 O2 sensor). ... I still
have a slightly rough idle and minor missing but no chk eng light

Definitely change those plugs. Get some NGK Coppers. Cheap and exactly what you need.

Definitely change the plugs, and like everyone else says, go with NGK. I had installed Bosch in my car and the car didn't feel right, change them out to NGK Copper and my baby is running nice and strong again.

I would change the following on the car:

PLUGS,FUELFILTER,AIRFILTER,BRAKE FLUID,PCV VALVE.

BRAKES (If they are needed) HOSES(cracked or caked on or leaking)

SHOCKS(If they are bad and are leaking)

STRUT MOUNTS (if there making noise)

AXLE (If the CV boot Is torn)

BALLJOINTS (If there leaking grease or they are rusted)

ROTORS (If there rusted or there under specific reg)

That is a super clean and low mileage 95. Great job keeping it that way. As suggested above, I would definitely do a 60k service on it (plugs, PCV, air filter, fuel filter, belts, etc.) Depending on what other maintenance you have done I would check out all the fluids, etc. That's just me.

Maybe you should pull the codes and see if you have P0325 Knock Sensor code. That MAY be a contributing factor to your fuel mileage which doesn't trigger the check engine light. Good luck with the car and again, props for keeping it really clean!

Lol! What! I don't even have hood struts anymore I cut those off lol!
Your can see reflections in your bumper. I can't in mine lol!

Nice job keeping it so clean, I want to see underbelly shots.
Where are you from?

I think buy some stock SE rims and clear corners and give her a present.

car looks totally good i saw a 95 max with on 32xxxk on it about 2 months ago and in mint condition i tried to get the owner to trade it in so i can buy it but he did not budge he said he loves it and will not get rid of it he was with his friend and they purchased an 09 caddy sts. So they still got low milage maximas out there.
