help keep gettin cel

i changed all 4 o2 sensors now im gettin codes that say o2 sensor heater problem in all 4 banks thats the only codes im gettin wat can cause this i need to pass inspection any help please

There are only two banks, not four.

Have you done any sort of diagnostics? Like checked the wiring, or the O2 sensor fuse?

is it just one code 4 times or 2 different codes 2 times each? i went to autozone one time and the guy said all 4 banks r throwing codes.. it ended up being each bank 2 times..
