B Pipe

Will an aftermarket B pipe (Cattman) fail emissions?

Nope, as long as it doesn't make the car louder than your state's legal sound limits (in decibels) and you plug in the O2's you should be all set.

No it wont. As long as you dont have codes you should be good. My Z passed with test pipes and a Dual exhaust. Its so loud it shook the glass in the emissions place when the guy started it up lol.

It's not that bad. We had one guy with the dual 3", headers, and test pipes...holy crap.

For reference, it was almost certainly louder than most motorcycles. Not just at WOT, but all around.

Don't know if you ever heard Merlyn's 3" in person, but it was quiet in comparison to that one Z.
