FULL ENGINE SWAP !?!?!

Hi, i have a 98 maxima gle auto and i want to do a 3.5 engine swap with a 2004 maxima or something like that.

so a couple of questions

1) how much more will it cost if i get the whole thing including the ecu and timing not the block only?
2) when i buy it , does it come with the tranny? if it does can i swap my 4 gear A/t with the 5 a/t that comes naturaly with the 04
3) will it fit with no problems if i just get it from a lot and ask my mechanic to do it for me?
4) for anyone who did it, do you recommend doing it ?

sorry for being a noob but im still new =]
thanks for your help in advance.

Seriously, you need to search more.

How much it costs? Price it out for yourself, seriously. Everyone's full total will be different, you need to actually put some effort into it yourself.

Depends where you buy it from whether or not it comes with the trans. How are we supposed to give you an answer based on a generalization?

Have you searched on swapping in a 5AT? Seriously? No, you haven't.

What do you mean just 'get it from a lot'? A parking lot? What?

It will fit no differently whether you do it yourself or your mechanic does it, that question is just stupid.

Is it worth it? The question is, is it worth it to you?

Seriously. Search. Search. Search.

Then when you think you're done, search some more.

And in case I wasn't clear:
SEARCH

All the noobs want to be spoonfed, I just don't get it.

Questions 1 and 2 can be answered by the junk yard.
Question 3 can be answered by someone who has done the swap, use a p.m.
Question 4 Compare hp and torque curves between the 2 motors and you decide.
