Removing Hub

With the axle still on the knuckle, can I put a gear puller to my hub to remove it? Just wondering if the force pushing in on the axle will ruin anything on the axle?

Thanks!!

just make sure that the puller is for the axle so you wont ruin the axle stud. tap the hub so it come out faster.
