When i was taking out my sunroof switches to paint the housing and what not and when i go to put it back in the bulb holder( dont know what to call it) hits some metal on the roof and sparked... i go to try and turn it on and nothing...also my dome light and door lights wont come on.... i checked the fuse and its not blown...what else should i check for so i can get light again... thanks in advance

 

Which fuse did you check? Make it a habit to check every fuse, not just the one or two that seem relevant.

Those are all controlled through the BCM, just hope you didn't kill that.

 

its actually not terribly obvious which fuse controls the interior lights. its labeled on the fuse diagram on the back of the fuse door as "room lights". is that the one you checked?

 

yea i checked the interior illumination and it was fine... what othes should i check and what is this BCm ur talking about... thanks

 

Once again, as I said, check them all. Takes what, 30 seconds?

BCM == Body Control Module.

 

im gonna check them in the morning...how would i be able to tell if its the BCM
