Finally----5spd conversion question

wooooo, finally converted. only issue is sometimes it won't go above 6k rpm and hits like a "rev limiter" and goes pig rich, but it only happens in one gear. If i get on it in first and try to take it to redline it will do it then, where if i roll on it in 2nd it will do it then.....any ideas? also i have a 96 MT engine harness and was wondering what "rewiring" if any needs to be done if i get a 96 ecu....i noticed that there is about 4 plugs under the dash that are connected to the harness other than the main plug that goes to the ecu...any ideas if the 96 ones are the same as a 99?

i30 -

just a note here, not trying to pick at you. I don't think according to the rules, that you can have that in your sig 'make offers'. IIRC, you have to put a price.

As for the 96 vs 99 ... I would guess it's the ECU. 99 has features the 96 doesn't so those plugs could go to a multitude of things (P/N switch, Ambient air temp sensor, TCU, etc ...)
