I recently got a stillen intake for my 98 se. Does the k&n filter come oiled and ready to go.I just install it while thinking about it. Help!!!

 

If you bought it new, then yes. And even if you didn't, a recharge kit isn't that expensive.

 

yes, i bought it about a month ago and for some reason I was thinking about it today. I was just praying that my engine is not being harm. I bought it new from stillen. I hope you are right clee130. thanks

 

Yes, if you bought it new from Stillen it should be red. That means its clean and oiled (ready to install). Have fun.

- I didn't fell oil on the bag at all
Someone please tell me That k&n or stillen pre-oil them. I'm starting to get worry.

 

For the future, go to any Papboys store or whatever, and get that kit, it works very well. Enjoy the intake.

 

ya the k&n i got from pepboys was preoiled and new in the bag

 

Be ready for an annoying lag from your low-end power. But a cool growl makes you almost forget it.
