urythane bushings and rotors

Can anyone suggest some good urythane bushings and a good rotor kit to get for my 97 se?

I have a question about how or whare to get cross drilled rotors turned when needed. Can i just go to pep boys or anyother brake shop??

I wouldn't trust Pepboys..
