Misfire when cold

I currently have the these two codes P1320 P0302 which indicates cylinder 2 misfire. I already swapped around coil packs, spark plugs, and bought a brand new fuel injector. It only misfires when the car has been sitting overnight in the cold. What else could it be?

I put in a brand new fuel injector already. Spark plugs are fairly new and torqued to spec and swapped all the coil packs to different locations and I'm still getting misfire in the same cylinder.
