Connector without a mate

I had to change a headlight bulb this weekend and while checking each one, I noticed an unattached connector on the right side near the battery. It is wired to some of the wires that attach to the headlights but the connector is unplugged and for the life of me I can't figure out what if anything its supposed to be connected to because there are no other unhooked connectors it will reach.

In the pic below, the battery is to the right (its white/shiny due to reflection of sunlight) and the left is towards the front of this car and is connected to headlight wiring. Anyone have an idea what this connector should go to?

maybe you had something, quite possibly a ricer attachment of some sort, tapped in to your headlight harness. does it look factory? the pic(s) do NOT work.

If it's on the left side of the car it's probably the connector for the blinker fluid sensor. It's an option so most deleted during ordering.

All maxima's came pre-wired for fog lights. Does your's have oem fogs?

If not I'd assume its the harness for fogs.
