Pls confirm the following fuses (based on diagram)?

Can anyone confirm based on the attach diagrams whether those fuses can be pulled and obviously change the 1 that has a diff type fuse? And, the one that are blank can be removed? These were always like this and now I am trying to rule out some electrical issues.

thanks in advance.

Fuse # 8, 9, 23, 30, 31 and 35 are all blank or spares. You can remove all those fuses or leave them in, it really does not matter. Fuse #24 The phone fuse is also not used. You cars electrical systems should operate just fine even if all those fuses are removed. And yes put the proper value 7.5 Amp in Fuse #5.

What is the electrical issue you are trying to rule out.

Oh....... that electrical issue, the battery draining? You really need to get a multimeter and learn how to check current draw if your battery is discharging.

Yeahhhh THAT electrical issue?! lol lmao. Anyhow, I do have the MM, just can't do anything at the moment (working late and cold in the garage)- therefore just sitting there. But, should have an update within a day or two.

Thanks for the above tips.
