First check to see if all of your wires to your motor is connected, also, then check the fuse.

Do you hear the motor working when you turn on the wipers? If so then the wiper linkage from the motor to the arm has come off. Happend to me. Only instead of rain, I had to drive through a snowstorm in 15ft of snow for 400 kms to the nearest Nissan. Lol...no not really...but it was a snowstorm. God bless RainX windshield wash, worked like a charm.

But in all seriousness, if you don't hear the motor coming on, then do what snowboi1289 said.

My wipers won't work...I jumped a wire to the motor from the battery and the motor works... But at the wire plug doesn't read any battery voltage(12-13 on Multimeter)..wiper relay is good(tested)..Is this the next thing in line from the motor to the battery?

From looking at the wiring diagram it looks like the wiper motor only gets a ground signal from the wiper relay...and upstream from the wiper switch and bcm. So if you don't have 12v on the lt green wire at the wiper motor then you have blown fuse. Remember, this is an ignition on circuit. Should be fuse #20 (20a)
