Got Stillen lip installed!

I wish I had a Special Edition SE like urs. It's more like a 4.5 gen to me.
The lip gives the car a more sportier, sexi look. It def. turns some heads. I have the whole stillen kit on my max.
Did u install it urself? Did u use double sided tape and two screws? How much did they charge for paint?

I definitely want to get the sides and rear. Hopefully someone here will be selling soon. I actually took it to a local shop and they painted it and installed it for me. I'm not exactly how they installed it but I can see two screws on each side where the wheel well is. I told them about the double sided tape but I'm not sure if they used it or not. They painted the front bumper, lip, patched up the rear bumper and installed the lip for a total of $175.
It looks pretty good with only the front, but to pull off only the front lip, I'd get some bigger wheels. Or just get the rest of the kit.

They did a sucky job though. They used acrylic stage 1 paint, which is very cheap n will eventually peal off soon. I had no idea the guy was goin to use this type of paint.
A guy I met did it for me as a side job at a local shop he worked for, but screwed me over. Getting it pianted over soon though, the right way.
As they say n I've read before on various sites, u get what u pay for.

Looks good. Yea i had the front lip for about three weeks.. Didn't look complete bought the sides and rear. Gonna have to remove the mudflaps either way if you get the sides and rear.. Might as well take them off. But like everyone mention get bigger wheels if you keep just the front lip or the rest of the kit

Looks great, now as everyone else had stated get the sides and rears. May consider Ionicdynamics for that, Joses prices are much cheaper then the Stillen pieces.
You got a great deal on your paint, when I did my 97-99 front bumper I paid 300 to have it painted, it is the 3 stage pear lso I sure that played some part of it.

Great job. Keep it up!
Side skirts and rear are a must.
Also, ditch the mudguards (you don't have a truck) and ditch the sunroof deflector too while you're at it. IMO, it takes away from the clean lines of the Max.
Are those blue ricer bulbs I spy?

I also got my front lip. Yours looks good. I'm still undecided on whether to paint it along with my eyelids that are on the way. I don't know whether to get the sides and rears also. It's a tough choice.
