My AC is not working. Blower motor comes on but blowes hot air. Shows on the display that the AC is on. Has a full charge, no leaks, leakdown pressure test was fine.

Last year I was having the same problem. Turns out there was a break in the harness between the AC and the BCM iirc. I hope to god its not the same thing...that was awful.

any quick ideas I can test?

I have the same problem, a need to trouble shoot it too.

Really Dumb question though, there is no A/C button, so what do u mean you your display shows its on? I just assumed that bringing the temp all the way dwn was A/C....I'm a Bimmer guy new to Maxs. I don't see any A/C lights?

The display shows the AC is on, but is your compressor actually cycling on? Look at the inner triangular section of the pulley while someone is turning the AC on and off. The inside portion should start spinning when "on". If not, pressures could be too high or too low (safety feature turns it off). Could also be an electronic component (or wire) failure. If it does spin, make sure your condensor (in front of radiator) is not clogged. Other tests include spraying the condensor with water to see if it cools any better (hi pressures from restrictions or compressor problem), checking pressures while system is off (hi and lo should be equal), checking pressures while on (IIRC, lo ~24-30 and hi ~150-200, but check FSM for exacts).
Here's 2 good forums for more AC info: http://www.autoacforum.com/ and

Seems you have automatic climate control.

AUTO will run the a/c, just set the desired temp
ECON will not run the a/c compressor, use this setting for winter heat only.
