quick y pipe question

Looking to put a y pipe on my 96 max soon. The lowest price I have found is around $400 on ebay . Does anyone know where I can buy one for cheaper?

Also, I need a new muffler soon, considering putting a new stock back on but am open to anyone who can find better ones.

$400 is highway robbery. For ~$350, you can get the best of the best and go with Cattman.

Budget or Warspeed are your cheapest options though.

Budget is a good pipe for very cheap. I've had mine for 7 years. My only issue was I had bad motor mounts which beat up the flex section.

Where can you purchase the budget y-pipe from? Is it as quiet as OEM?

I have the Budget Y pipe on my 96, and it is 100% perfect. They could not build a better product, however it seems that they no longer sell the Y pipe.........

I cant find it because the time expired. But this is something I may consider buying soon. More hp, better mileage, for only $200 and no hard installation is a great add on replacement. Thanks for the response.

Hey, I have a 95 so you would be using the same pipe as mine. I went with the Warpspeed Pipe off of ebay. It was only $199 and is an easy install if you have a jack because on mine the studs snapped that go into the cat. You can use all the OEM hardware to keep it looking OEM, such as the holder towards the cat, but they include a new one if you want to change.

With the Unequal length, do you need a spacer to make the install complete?
