Please Help Me!!

What would cause the Vehicle Speed Sensor and the Knock Sensor to be bad? I just did an ECU diagnosis and I got the trouble code 03-04
and 01-04. That's what the ECU Decoder told me they were. Any ideas as to what's wrong with my ride guys? It's a 1997 Maxima SE 5-speed and the clutch is going out if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.

I was thinking my battery cable was a little loose, and that might cause me to loose some power throughout the car, and that might cause it, someone give me ideas please

I'll move this to the 4th gen forum ... maybe you'll get a better response there.
