Replace Window Motor
This is how to replace a window motor on a 1995 Maxima GLE.
1st you will need to take off the door panel. If you dont know how to do it figure it out Im 16 and I did it myself.

While taking the door panel off unplug the switch, and take off all the plastic wrap.
2nd remove the motor bolts.
3rd remove the bolts from the rail that the window runs on.
3rd comes the part that is a pain in the a$$.
The rail is connected to the window with 2 bolts.
You will need to take them off.
After this is done just swap in a new assembly.
While you have the old motor out you might have to hold the window up heres the simple method.
Now put the new assembly in and tighten all the bolts for the motor and the rail. then put just the bolt nearest to you in the rail holding the window.
With that far bolt being so hard to remove and put in roll the window down and then just screw it in.
After this is done tighten all the bolts and replace the panel and enjoy your new window.
