TBS cleaning

Is there a sticky tutorial on how to clean the TBS? The is a link in the FAQ section but it doesn't work.
It takes my car 2-3 seconds to start when the motor is cold and I am thinking its a dirty TBS. That is the only symptom the car has. Besides that it runs flawlessly.

....very simple job. Should be part of your yearly maintenance, especially if you've got a cone filter.
