how do folks push the stabilizer bar through this bushing? thanks.

 

The bushings have a slit in the bottom. You just pull the sides and slip it over the top of the sway bar. Of course you first unbolt and remove the clamp, and pull the old bushing off.

Once you have the new bushings in your hands, it'll become obvious.
