Dorman control arms

I'm considering purchasing a set from Rock-Auto. Has anyone used these?

Why the Dorman's?

I purchased a set of Dorman LCA's from Rockauto and installed them on my daughters 97 GLE last weekend. Also installed Beck-Arney SB links. No problems with installation.

I just changed one out on my GF's car. Got it off Ebay. Seemed like good quailty for the price.

The Dorman's is the one AutoZone carries...may get this just for lifetime warranty. Anyone else use this brand? How long do they run?

I've had the Dorman's on my 97 for only about a month... got from Amaz.. Lifetime warranty so figured what's the harm ? Did that and sway bar links (moog) and its like a new car from my perspective... just rumbles over bumps vs trying to avoid them like I used to... I didn't do the struts or sway bar bushings.. but when i was in there.. I was thinking.. should have while it was all apart.. but i have no symptoms so I just left alone.

Is dorman in general not that good ? It was cheap enough.. but..

well, i can tell you dorman is a basic name part, spicers were 100.00 for the set also with lifetime warranty and were beefier looking than the stock ones, ( bushings, thickness of metal ) and i purchased them from autopartswarehouse.com. spicer is a better name by far for suspension parts, etc. my .02
