Coolant resevoir brown, radiator coolant green but with sediment?

Coolant resevoir brown, radiator coolant green but with sediment?
Is this just bad coolant or something more serious like a blown head gasket?
I replaced it about 6 months ago, complete at-home flush. I used water hose water though, could this be it?
I don't seem to be losing any fluid.

Yea, only thing that worries me is the brown/tan gunk stuck the the bottom of the radiator. You can see it in the 2nd picture...
Also...where do I get distilled water? lol Like from those 5 gallon refill places?

Walmart, CVS, Target, almost any grocery store. Sells for about a buck per gallon. Cheap investment. Distilled, not spring/drinking.
