Looking for the voltages

I am looking to see what the correct voltages are for just about the whole car..

ign,spark, and so on. Im gonna us a ultameter? and see if all the volts are correct..

You're taking on a big project and could end up being the expert. My suggestion is to get a FSM and read all the diagnostic procedures which have voltage and resistance specifications.
