Mysterious switch

I was working on fixing up damage done to my car today after it was stolen and I found this switch under the steering wheel and it faces the floor. It looks like the power switch on an older computer (the ones where you'd have to reach behind the CPU to flip the switch on). I've never seen it before and I don't see anything about it in my Chilton guide. Does anyone have any idea what this switch is? Thanks

Ejection seat. For annoying passengers and hitchhikers. Also works well for ex-girlfriends. Rare JDM option.

Push button start for when car thief comes back. Suggest wiring switch to under-seat C4.

What happens when you activate the switch? Probably alarm valet switch or external lighting switch from previous owner as suggested in previous posts. If it doesn't do anything remove the switch and see if wires are still connected.

Depends on who owned the car previously.. could be anything from an amp turn on, to underglows.. regardless... switches that aren't stock... aren't good.

Seriously, it could be a stealer installed start button. Push it and see. Might also be ghetto anti theft.

Ha, you guys are crazy. Sorry all, the car was in the shop for a few days. Wish 1 of these switches was for annoying ex-girlfriends...

There are 2 switches -

Well, it's obviously not an oem switch but there are limitless possible things that could be used for. The easiest thing to do is to drop the panel and follow the wires.

If I had to guess - first switch is a kill switch, second switch looks like a fog light switch.

I can confirm that neither is a kill switch. The electrical is messed up to the fog lights, so I haven't bothered replacing the fogs to check if it's a fog light switch.
