I want to make my own udp, i have the access to a machine shop and and can get almost any size pulley off the shelf.
I'm after the dimensions of the UDP if anyone has a set of measuring calipers or a vernier, the diameter would be great, I'm not planning to mass produce these, it's just that with the Australian $$ as low as it is atm the UDP is not affordable, thanks for any info.

 

I've had mine on for a couple of years now. I noted just before I installed it that the diameter of the UDP is 1" less than stock. For the rest of the dimensions, the pulley will have to be removed.

As you probably know the UDP runs two belts. The Accecory one gets smaller but the power steering one keeps the same diameter. You dont want to lose any performance from you power steering.

You might already know this but just noting something I noticed on when installing mine.
