anyone have a spoiler? or know where to get one?

my spoiler was stolen and i need one to pass inspection...anyone selling one or know where to get one? im looking for cheap

located in DC/MD area

You mean you need it for the third brake light? If you're having a hard time finding a spoiler, you can get one for your rear deck - wiring is simple, and there's a cutout for mounting the CHMSL hidden under the deck carpeting. If you wanted, you could probably pass inspection without needing to actually remove the cutout, but it's probably worth having the CHMSL until you've got a spoiler back in order.

Get one of those OEM replicas from ebay that he has listed. I baught one a few months ago and it's in mint condition. It wasn't an OEM replica so I had to do some drilling to mount it but it was still worth it:

thanks..ill check out the links.

yes i need teh spoiler for the 3rd brake light. does anyone know if i could pass MD inspection if I simply bought some type of red light and attached it to my trunk and wired it to work with teh brakes? ghetto, i know, but my money tree died

Having lived in several states (Not MD tho), my experience with inspections had been that the inspector has some leeway with certain items. I would suggest that you go ask someone at the inspection station. If they say no, try a different station.

yeah, i used to live in NJ where inspection is free and done by the state..here in MD its done at garages adn you pay for it..so i wanna be sure before i pay hte money and fail
