I know nothing about those cams but I'll help with the other stuff.

Don't get those headlights, get 1 piece Cefiro's. They'll fit perfect.

CM headers/y-pipe and catback are the same **** that eBay sells. Headers/y-pipe will get you some nice gains, catback sounds great alone. Paired together you'll still see gains but you will have a raspy, loud and annoying exhaust.

There are many maximas out there with cams. Search through the All Motor section for more info. Also lookup dandymax. Cams basically shift our powerband to the right. Without some type of VI(Variable Intake system), extended rev limiter and tuning they are useless to you.

Tthe time and money involved with installing cams is not worth it. Yes there are gains to be had and they work, however money can be better spent elsewhere.

If you have the time/money then go for the cam , yes its a lot of work but if your Max is cammed right you'll be satisfied with results. The Custom Maxima Catback is very good for the price and paired with good cat is tight.
