Big 3 ... Do I need to upgrade headlights too?

Was wondering your thoughts on this ... I too am sick of the constant dimming of my headlights.

After researching the Big 3 for a stereo upgrade, I came to another thread here where it was mentioned that the dimming can also be related to the headlights themselves being poor.

Anyone out there complete the big 3 and NOT upgraded their headlights and have the dimming go away?

I'm sure plenty have without upgrading their headlights to either higher watt 9004's, doing the 9007 conversion or just getting an HID kit. It's worth a try.

Also clean your other grounds.

Its settled then ... no headlights upgrade for me

From what I was reading it seemed that by upgrading the harness to a bigger gauge it would mean less resistance and thus less dimming.

Oh well ... maybe another time.

thanks for the replies.
